Club Lamb Photo Gallery

There is one certainty about the club lamb business... and that is kids and lambs go hand and hand. There is nothing better than great kids, great lambs, and a whole lot of fun.

We are privileged to be able to work in an industry that places so much importance on today's youth. Yes, we agree, competition is healthy, but it is what our children learn in the barn that will last them a life time. We are strong advocates of showing livestock because it promotes and teaches good work ethics, responsibility, leadership, and an appreciation for agriculture that will follow kids into their adult lives.

Current Years' Lamb Crop

This year's lamb crop is shaping up to be one of the best and most consistent group of lambs ever! We have never seen so much total muscle mass and expression of muscle in lambs so young. In addition, we are very happy with their side profiles and total length of hindsaddle.
Sires include Maximus, Keota, Draftpick, and Chaos.

Southdown Photo Gallery

Our Southdown flock consist of approximately 15 ewes. Over the past six years we have concentrated heavily on linebreeding to produce a consistent flock of wether dams.

Although Virginia does not currently separate market lambs by breed, our Southdown club lambs are very competitive on the county, regional, and state level. They are exceptional good fronted, tight hided, long hindsaddled, and are expressively muscled even in their lower leg.

This past summer we purchased ShowTime, Scenic Views lead show ram lamb. He should add overall length of side, stretch, and profile appeal.
